Trauma Release
Class
Based on David Berceli's Trauma
Release Exercises. You will be shown nine exercises
to help create a tremor in the deepest muscle of the
body - the psoas. This muscle holds emotional issues
and the exercises help release built up stress. Done
barefoot and lying on the floor on a blanket/mat the
set, once learned, will take 15-20 minutes to complete.
Handout and instructions are included. Space is limited.
Please call 512-869-0509 or email
me to register. $15.00 per person.
This class meets the six hour
Texas Department of State Health Services requirement
for continuing education for massage therapists. Organizational
skills, needs to start (and keep) a successful bodywork
practice going, and paperwork requirements are some
of the focus points of the class. Effective networking
and marketing ideas are explored, as well as personal
and business assessments to keep you on track. Bring
a sack lunch! Cost is $120.00 per person.
