Ortho-Bionomy®, acupressure, reflexology or good old
folk remedies. None of the remedies are intended to diagnose

| Congestion - 2 or 3 drops
of Hydrogen Peroxide in each ear can help eliminate wax,
as well as slow down or reduce congestion in your nose.
Do daily during cold and flu season or when mold/pollen
is especially bad. |

| Sinus Headache
- generally the headache is located at the base of the
head or behind the eyes (Stomach meridian) - tap the end
of the second toe for 30-60 seconds. |

| Temple Headache (or at the
end of they eyebrow) (Triple Warmer Meridian) - tap the
tip of the ring finger. Jaw joint
pain - (Small Intestine meridian) - tap little
finger tip. Alternate spot for either point - Below the
knee cap on the outside of the leg. Tap or press for 30-60
seconds. |

| Indian Headband Headache -
(Kidney meridian) Base of the first toe - the toenail.
Press for 30-60 seconds. |

| Headache on the top of the head
- (Circulation meridian) Press under the nose for 30-60
seconds. |

To stop hiccups - cross
your index and second fingers on both hands (rather firmly)
for 10-30 seconds.
Alternative - Pull your tongue out and down at a diagonal (use a cloth napkin to help hold the tongue) for about 10 seconds. |

| Burns - Lavender oil helps
reduce the effects of burns. Check that it is not a synthetic
or synthetic blend. Young Living Essential Lavender Oil
is safe for direct skin contact, or add 2-3 drops to an
ounce of carrier oil (almond or jojoba for example). Lavender
also helps calm the nervous system - a few drops on a
cotton ball and placed under your pillow may help you
sleep. |

| Pimples, Skin Tags, Age Spots and
Mosquito repellant - Castor oil will eliminate
pimples and skin tags and lighten age spots. Dab on a
few times a day, let soak into skin. Mosquitoes also stay
away when you have this rubbed on your skin. |

| Insect bite/sting - Emu
Oil is great to stop insect (especially ant) bite stings
and itch. Castor oil is a good repellant for mosquitoes. |

| Muscle Inflammation - Peel
and boil Ginger Root until the water turns yellow, then
add to your bath. (Or add some grated ginger to your meal!)
Check with your doctor or pharmacist to be sure there
aren't any contraindications to medications if you decide
to eat lots of ginger. |

| Boost your Immune System - Three finger widths down from the bellly button is the immune boosting point. Rub clockwise 100 times daily. |
